Rachell Genao

Rachell Genao is originally from the Dominican Republic, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a law degree from the Universidad Católica del Cibao in 2022. She went on to earn her LL.M. in American Law from Seton Hall Law School in 2025, where she expanded her legal expertise with a focus on U.S. law.

As a native Dominican and immigrant herself, Rachell brings both personal insight and professional dedication to her legal practice. Since 2022, she has worked extensively on immigration matters, including asylum applications, cancellation of removal (42B), waivers, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).

Rachell is passionate about defending the rights of immigrants and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality legal representation.
