Lucielle Melo

Lucielle Melo joined Duque Isern Law LLC in March 2019. She is a Senior Paralegal with immigration and family law experience. As a West New York native born to Dominican parents, she is passionate about helping her community. Lucielle graduated  Cum Laude from Hudson County Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences. She also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies from Rutgers University Newark in 2019. Lucielle has experience helping prepare immigration matters such as family-based petitions, adjustment of status, citizenship, NVC consular processing, asylums, VAWA petitions, U-Visa, I-601A waivers and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases. Lucielle is passionate about helping unaccompanied minors and especially enjoys working on Special Immigrant Juvenile matters.She also has experience assisting in family matters such as custody disputes and divorces. Lucielle strives to provide all clients with a high level of professionalism and with quality work product that is expected from a law firm. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
