Elsa Hernandez

Elsa Hernandez joined Duque Isern Law LLC at its inception in April 2017. Elsa is the managing paralegal with over 12 years of experience in immigration law. She graduated from New Jersey City University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Elsa was the recipient of the Marian and Morris Papish Scholarship in 2013. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. As the child of Dominican and Cuban immigrants and a West New York native, Elsa is passionate about serving her community in immigration matters. Elsa also assists in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and child support.  During her time off, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling. Elsa is fluent in English and Spanish.
