Daniel Ochea

Daniel Ochea is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. He attended Fordham University School of Law, where he obtained an LLM degree with dual concentrations and graduated from Universidad Santa Maria, in Venezuela, as a lawyer. He also interned at the New York Supreme Court Commercial Division in New York County.

Daniel has been part of Duque Isern Law since July 2022. His passion for Immigration Law arose after his personal experience with the immigration system. He has successfully helped prepare a great deal of complex matters, especially asylum applications. Additionally, he has worked on nonimmigrant visa matters, petitions for immediate relatives, petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Daniel passed the New York State bar examination and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
