Jiana L. Paladino

Jiana L. Paladino is an Associate at Duque Isern Law, where she concentrates her practice in Immigration Law, Family Law, and Criminal matters.
In college, Jiana studied Spanish and Art History in Madrid, Spain. She graduated magna cum laude from the New York University Stern School of Business in 2009 with a B.S. in Management and Marketing. Jiana received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021. While at Seton Hall, Jiana was a student attorney with the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic, where she worked on a wide range of immigration matters from asylum cases to work authorization visas. Jiana also clerked with a criminal defense firm, handling complex civil and criminal litigation matters for clients throughout the state of New Jersey. At Duque Isern Law, Jiana represents clients on a variety of immigration matters, including Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) cases, asylum, and motions to reopen. She also represents clients in complex divorce matters, temporary restraining orders, and criminal matters before municipal courts.
